Willy Albans and Sons Ltd has been involved in delivering large scale building projects which include numerous new build private houses (£150 – 400k), Colston Bassett Dairy (£1.2million -a local producer of Stilton Cheese), a multitude of extensions to properties (£20-150k) and agricultural large barn structures including all foundations and services plus grain silos etc. (400k)

Examples of some of the landscaping restoration projects include in the National Forest – Conkers, Swadlincote Woodlands Country Park, Sence Valley Country Park, Measham to Moira Trail, National Arboretum Alrewas and a few more are listed below:



Dobbies Garden Centre, Atherstone, Staffs -Design and Build soft landscaping scheme to new car park including 100 20-25cm girth semi mature trees. Construction of new World Record Breaking Maze World and new Country Park (value 760k)


Kilvington, Bantycock and Cropwell Quarry Restoration schemes for British Gypsum Ltd – All are on former open cast quarry sites, spreading and incorporating 20000 tonnes of sewage compost, 28000lm stock fencing and gates, 85,000 trees planted to redefine field boundaries, with wildflower and grazing mixes of seed to be sown over the last 4 years. Value £400k.
