Poor service!

Good value for work done but service very poor! I phoned after a few hours of dropping my car off for an mot which was booked in in advance. I was told it was still being done and that someone would call me back in a short while once it was finished. I had no call back and when I tried phoning again it went to their closed voicemail. I made my way down to see what was going on and when I got there all lights were off and shutters down and they had closed. This left me without a car for work which meant having to pay extreme taxi prices! When I came to collect my car the next evening they had said it would need to be booked in for another day for repairs to be done. I booked it in and the service was so slow I was forced to leave my car over night yet again until it was done the following day. They have always been very good in the past but needless to say they have lost out on 3 regular customers one of which has been using them for the last 20 odd years! Use with caution!!
