Cowboy

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 Jim Mckendry is a 100% cowboy my dealings with him is something like you would see on rogue traders. I used Antrim Windows warehouse to replace all my Windows porch front door and a set of double doors and the alarm bells started ringing when the bathroom window was installed with clear glass not frosted and had to wait 2 weeks to get the frosted glass fitted then I felt a draught in the house strange as I had my house injected with insulation beads so I started to remove the trim around the Windows only to find huge gaps it was clearly measure wrong no expanding foam used to fill gaps next problem 1 of the Windows on the porch can't be opened because of location of guttering even tho they were told about gutter next problem on a quite stormy nite  parts of the trim around porch was hanging off and needed repairing next problem the front door started leaking someone sent out to fix all they done was use silicone to try and stop leak that didn't work still leaking then someone else came out to look at it more silicone used .now my current and on going problem with the warm weather here and the sun beaming down I can't lock my front  door I reported this on the 10th August 2017 and heard no reply I rang again on the 15th August more false promises so the situation is I've contacted trading standards and I'm giving them the opportunity to fix the door if not next step is legal action anyone who would like to contact me feel free as I have photos videos of the problems and shabby work.the only time Jim answered my calls and txt is when he was chasing the sale or looking cash once the money changed hand you have very little chance of getting him out  but I'm not letting this go.i will be doing a follow up review when my issue is resolved by repair or legal action
