Woodbine House - a real gem
I stayed here on 11 September 2010 and thought it was a real gem. Immaculately presented, light and spacious throughout, my room had a dream view of Ticehurst church which was also the view from the spacious main sitting room. Very comfortable bed. The whole house has a charming atmosphere and the friendly owner makes you feel very welcome, Delicious breakfast with fresh produce. We had plums in cinnamon. Great to be so central in Ticehurst village, surrounded by pretty Sussex countryside. An easy train journey from London using Wadhurst or Stonegate station.
