Woodland Property Service (WPS) are specialists in property exteriors,

attention. Our team specialises in maintaining and restoring your

maintenance or a complete overhaul, we have a solution to not only

Patio & driveway revival

Our service includes:

Assessment of the site to produce a method statement of works required. (Photographs taken at this stage.)
Provision of a no obligation written quotation.
On instruction, pre-treatment for moss and weeds is applied, a minimum of three days prior to the pressure cleaning process.
Once area is fully clear and prepared and any necessary protection is applied, we can start the pressure cleaning process.
Re-pointing or re-sanding of joints performed if required. (Client will be advised at initial quotation.)
Ensuring the site is clean and tidy.
Re-sealing of the area if instructed.

Stone restoration

Stone restoration requires our stone mason to visit and assess the project prior to a quotation being supplied due to the many types of stone that are used in construction, some of which include natural stones, and wet or dry cast stones.

Soffit, fascia and guttering cleaning and repair

Any soffits, fascias or gutters in need of repair or a deep clean can be quoted for on a bespoke basis.

Garden design and landscaping

Our in house landscaping team can design and install bespoke gardens and source plants from the UK and Europe.

We provide a professional design service, hard and soft landscaping and general garden or office maintenance
