Timewasting Buffoons

I took for repair before Christmas,The gentleman was pleasant, took my order and rang me back several days after with a reasonable quote. Several weeks after Christmas I made tens of attempts to contact the shop both in person and by telephone. (no internet presence) Not keeping anything like his advertised opening hours and having wasted much time traipsing into Dartford with to avail, He finally answered the phone 4 weeks later and offered nothing but poor excuses "may have had the odd day off sick", or "had a shop full of customers" (my bathroom is bigger), he had had no contact from his engineer what with it being Christmas and all ( Jan 24). It took another week to re-contact him where he had good news my camera was available for collection. However, still unrepaired! I collected my camera two days later when he opened the doors 1hr after advertised opening hours. AVOID.
