Just thought I'd let you know of my very negative experiences of Worldwide Parcel Services (WPS). 1) Arranged collection on Monday. Didn't turn up. 2) Arranged collection on Tuesday. Didn't turn up. 3) Complained bitterly. Promised a collection on Wednesday before 11.00AM (we were going out). Didn't turn up. 4) Cancelled order. 5) 2PM courier rang us asking where the parcel was. We have in fact wasted 2 1/2 days of our time with this organisation. A consumer group's free legal services suggeste
