We work with people with mental and physical health difficulties, carers, young people and disadvantaged groups in society. We help them change their situations and improve their self worth through the use of health and wellbeing coaching, behaviour change coaching and life skills mentoring. Worth-It Projects have specialised in health and wellbeing coaching, adapting coaching principles, tools and techniques for health related outcomes to use in our support sessions, courses and 1-2-1 coaching programmes. Using this way of working to coach and support people with health related issues. Areas of speciality are depression, stress, anxity and weight managment. We also specialise in use coaching in relation to behaviour change, for individuals or groups in society. Areas include substance and alcohol misuse, crime prevention, youth crime, coaching skills for parents, teen pregnancy, re-engagement with education, confidence and self esteem coaching. We are developing projects integrating coaching for behaviour change into a range of support services and in partnership with other organisations. We have team members with expertise in these fields within our organisation. If you are eligible for a personalised social care budget you can apply for this through the county council to pay for our services.
