Ensure anything want delivered is with the Caviet DONT USE YODEL our parcel was delivered to a wrong address and signed for yet we cant get any information from them. What an appalling excuse for a company

Terrible. Driver smelt of alcohol and was cursing at me for ordering a heavy item. Customer service are rude and useless. I asked for it to be returned to sender in the end and the delivery guy refused to get it out the van. Absolutely radiculas. They will be bust bankrupt within the year!!
