WE MUST STOP USING THIS DREADFULL COMPANY
This company is a deceiving and corrupt organization and needs to be investigated. They hide away behind their pretty Web Site and steal and deceive from the very people that keep them running. You will not be able to get hold of anyone to locate your parcel and will not answer their telephone lines. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!! If only I could give 0 out of 5 or better -5 rating

Tried phoning I want to collect parcel containing very perishable goods before delivery ( 3 days) . No one will give a direct answer all they say is track the parcel. You only get the option for a web chat and all they repeatedly say is track the parcel no one will give a direct answer it seems as if they are reading their answers from the screen in front of them . Absolutely useless the lot of them.

Can't find someone to sign for a delivery in an organisation of over 1,000 staff
Find it hard to believe that a driver repeatedly can’t find a member of staff in such a large college to accept a delivery. Shambolic!!!

Total Rubbish
For the umpteenth time, Llanelli branch has managed to "lose" my parcel. It is incredible just how many parcels they must "lose" in a 12 month period. Live chat was niether alive or chatty - just left me in a deafening silence for 13 minutes, until I disconnected. What a shambolic shower

Lost delivery and contact.
After being informed by the sender that my parcel was dispatched on the 13th of July, 2016, for delivery by Yodel. It is now the 21st of July, 2016 and it still has not been delivered. I have failed to find a telephone number for Yodel the Couriers so that I can make contact or speak with a human being about the loss of this parcel. Now after my experience and reading the reviews their customers have placed on this site about Yodel. I can only come to one conclusion. Yodel can only be staffed ( including Management) by the biggest bunch of Cretinous Arseholes it was possible to find.

They tell me they;ve left a card, liars!!, no card, no parcel. They're so short of drivers that they will tell you anything.

Said my delivery be here in the 27th waited in all day. Had too pop out left note on door and they just posted a card I rearranged my delivery date and I've waited in all day still no sign never been so disgusted!

Bad!
Tracking info said parcel was left with a neighbour at No 10,at a time when I was actually at home and that a card had been left! No such card, No parcel left with said neighbour who I trust.Live chat useless, they wouldn't contact service centre direct to give my mobile no! Hermes are the best couriers!!
