Wine delivery from Naked Wines

My item due for delivery 14th Feb. It was in my local depot shortly after midnight that day. It wasn't delivered until Monday 17th Feb. Badly let down as needed the wines for Sat 15th evening event. Naked Wines picked the courier so their responsibility. Contacted Naked Wines but all they do is trace the package. No effort to help or compensate. I ended up getting my wines in my local supermarket Sat afternoon and will get my wines there in future. As for Yodel . . . . . . pigeon post would probably be better. Giving them a service rating of 1 star because there isn't a zero!!

I deal with transport daily in my job and have never had a poorer service. Two days a parcel has been out for supposed delivery to our factory and they say no one is in HAHAHAHAHA Only 100 people sitting here

My parcel has been in NI for 5 days and seems to be bouncing between Carrick and Omagh. It's been ten days since the parcel was collected on a 3-5 day service. I'm very unimpressed.

Received email to say parcel had been keft in safe place. Details on card posted through door. No card out in door therefore i cant trave anything. Rang their HQ in Enland and depot in Carrick, becaude i have no tracking number i am automatically cut off Very poor service

No contact numbers automated voice, chat online basically tell lies. Never ever again. Good pice of advice ask company you are purchasing from if they use Yodel and tell them you can't use them because of Yodel and their awful service.

Attempted to deliver 3 times when not in, contacted the service centre which was a harrowing experience after the first attempted delivery to request the product be delivered after 6pm or TODAY instead, they made a further two attempts last week knowing i wouldn't be in!? 07849314680, if you want to deliver as i have no way to collect in c'furgus. 51911153

Been expecting a delivery and logged in to track progress. Report says the item has been sitting in Yodel depot for a couple of days now and I should call to get a progress report. Called number and got automated service saying there is no further info - What's going on Yodel? Called this number 028 9335 5373 but keeps saying person has hung up.

waited 1 week for parcel urgently required-lay in carrickfergus for 2 days. couldnt contact anybody-no info available. would have been quicker flying over and collecting parcel myself. totally useless never use again. not even worth 1 star

I waited in all day - no delivery.Yodel said they tried to deliver and a card was left. Complete lies. No delivery and no card. Said they would redeliver (joke if ever there's one). Waiting in all day again to see if parcel will materialise. Tried to contact office but only got recorded message. Company is a joked and would never use them.

Waiting 2 days for a parcel marked as out for delivery. Unable to contact Carrickfergus depot to check on delay as phone only goes through to central site robot who want a tracking no or else they cut you off. No wonder they don't want you to speak to a real person. No way that I will ever use this company again

I would like to give 5 stars for the service provided by my LOCAL Carrickfergus depot but I cannot due to the appalling customer service I received from Yodel's main automated service; webchat and telecentre. I had missed two 8.00am deliveries and desperately needed my parcel before tomorrow. There was no common sense shown by the main company - they just wouldn't provide me with Carrickfergus's depot telephone number. I did however manage to hail down a local Yodel driver who was courteous and understanding of my situation. He phoned the local depot and their manager Rickie personally delivered the parcel this afternoon. Now that's GOOD service - why don't main office realise that the bulk of their negative feedback could be minimised by customers dealing directly with their local depot. It probably would be cheaper too!! Many thanks Rickie; Ian and Lyndsay it was much appreciated!!

Sat in all day waiting for yodel to pick parcel up, then I receive a text message to say they called at the address but there was nothing to pickup. Impossible to get a phone number so went to live chat, after several exchanges giving details they direct you to a FAQ site were you can re-book a pickup... ( but if they didn't come first time) Tried talking to their automated service completely useless... I've wasted the past hour going around in circles.... Nobody not even yodel live chat have a phone number that you can call to speak to someone.... Yeah right.. I will never use these morons again... My advice is pay the extra and use a professional company....My service rating would be minus five stars if that were possible

I had an order that I needed for a job I had on. I couldn't get through to speak with an advisor so I called to the C'fergus depot. I was told parcel would be del @ 6/8pm. They rang the driver who at first said he couldn't come back nor meet me. I got into a state and the girls in the office were brilliant and went and spoke to a manager. He told them he would drive to the area where the driver was delivering and help locate my parcel. In the end the driver told them that he would meet me. My parcel was at the back of his van and I can understand the hassle to his run this caused. I will be very grateful for the great service that was giving to me Thanks a lot

Yodel left 2 calling cards with a ref No with 7 digits. Automated callback service doesn't recognise because you need 8 digits. Apparently you have to put a zero before the number like I would have guessed that. Terrible trying to speak to a person and not a machine. The journeys incurred cost more that the parcel was worth. I don't know why people use this company it is so bad.

I was left a card and chose to collect my parcel from our local service centre in Carrickfergus Northern Ireland which was cllosed at 5.30pm when I arrived . The centre is 16 miles from my home

Yodel called to deliver a parcel to my home as both myself and wife are away at work they didn't leave the parcel, we now have a 80mile return trip to collect a parcel worth £12-00. Reading reviews on this site and other sites why do sellers use yodel, they only create dissatisfied customers, I haven't read a good review on them

Ordered parcles from very.co .uk ! Missed them 3 times cant drive no way to collect! Reordered on 22nd november ! Sent then to my work address this time 1st missed apparently they couldnt locate the premises which is in an industrial estate and is a large warehouse hard to miss ! They had been here the week before for another work collegue! Now im still waiting its the 17th of December and still no parcles that i need for xmas and to too it off they arent answering the phones!

I would recommend using Yodel as a courier if you love never receiving your package and shoddy service. Not to mention the inability to get into contact with anyone from Yodel. Save yourself the trouble, don't use Yodel.

expected a delivery to address on friday. returned home thursday to find 3 cards from yodel to say delivery missed 9.15 am tue/wed/thur. very poor automated telephone service. used website - only option is to drive to carrickfergus to collect or parcel returned to sender!!

Sadly our recent deliveries from the Carrickfergus depot have been lacking !!!! Yodel are hard to contact, the deliveries don't arrive . The last delivery when tracked said that my parcel had been delivered and it hadn't !!!!! still waiting :( therefore I couldn't recommend Yodel.co.uk to anyone as they are proving to be unreliable .
