Do not use Yodel
Unfortunately I have no control over what company vendors use to deliver their online orders. On every occasion DPD, Hermes and all others have successfully delivered orders from Amazon, Wiggle, Tredz and numerous others. All those vendors who use Yodel should be aware that YODEL have a 100% failure rate for delivering items purchased online. Their customer service only pay lip service to complaints and consistently make false promises about delivery. Where possible strongly recommend that online purchasers do not buy from companies that use Yodel.
