One star is too many. They sent out my parcel twice and a followed the tracking. The first time the tracking stopped after about 20 deliveries. The second time the tracking stopped with just 8 drops before mine. The parcel then went back to the national hub because the delivery address was wrong. How do they know if they never tried! Not only that but apparently it was at the wrong delivery depot. How can that be right when they loaded it for delivery twice. Last week put for delivery again. This time deliveries stopped with just 3 deliveries before mine. No more tacking information until today and the parcel is back at the national hub. This company is a complete joke. The customer service is pants and looks to be somewhere else in the world. My advice, for what it's worth, don't use Yodel

Really really really really really really REALLY BAD SERVICE !!! 3 failed delivery attempts (no calling cards) 3 slow useless chatbots (can’t actually do anything to assist so existence is pointless) 3 agonising painful unhelpful calls (it’s hard to get thru to human but practise makes perfect ) 1 whole Saturday wasted stuck inside (Delegated my only ‘off’ day seen as driver refused to attempt delivery with my preferred neighbour, in order to finally obtain said item but never came ) 1 raised complaint (I made 3 viable complaints but only 1 was lucky enough to ascertain a complaints number) 1 lazy uneducated ignorant driver (Insert bad word) Final summation = 1 unhappy boy :( who has to collect his 4x failed delivery parcel after initially requesting to collect from depot and being told I must await 2nd delivery due to nature of item …. Impossible is the word Circles is where you’ll go Royal Mail for the win !!

I have been waiting in all week. Parcel was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. On the tracking it says they attempted delivery yesterday.. But I was in all day and no delivery was attempted 100% and no calling card was left. I am getting frustrated with waiting in all day for nothing. What a joke of a company. Avoid if you want your delivery on time

My address doesn't exist apparently even though the house has been here for 20 years and other couriers have no issue finding it. 3 parcels from different companies now returned to sender by Yodel because they can't be bothered to ring and ask where the house is. Absolutely horrendous.

they dont deserve one star. Yodel is rubbish company the CEO should take a look at the unhappy customers comments .. you wait in and watch the tracking on the yodel website and follow the drivers rounds then when it comes to our turn my husband waits at the gate and sees the van driver drive past not even looking at our house absolutely disgusting!!!! he the driver claims he couldn't access the property according to the web chat customer service, well my CCTV shows no attempt made at all and was waiting at the gate? such terrible liars. I have offered yodel my CCTV footage to prove it..but got no response.

They attempted to deliver my parcel to the wrong address where it was refused, then expected me to collect it from the main depot, a round trip of 62 miles. I refused. The sender told them to redeliver it. Yesterday they said it had been delivered but it wasn’t, I haven’t got it and I have no idea who has.

I ordered an item from Argos ..... not exactly 'high value - £25' but 'delivery only'. Unfortunately Argos use Yodel for their deliveries. Long story. Appalling customer service from every angle. It's more than likely that the product will be returned/refunded(?) because of Yodel's dreadful service

I buy a lot on line and the only time that there is a problem is with Yodel, things go missing or they are just too lazy to come up our lane. You cannot speak to a human being easily and when I eventually got to speak to someone, he was in South Africa.

Yodel Llandudno.Left gate open so our grandchildren could wander on to the road. Reversed over plants on the side of our drive when there was plenty of room for any half decent driver. Impossible to speak to them. It was for an Amazon order and now wondering whether to use Amazon again.

Delivered parcel for 87 year old to "x Lodge" instead of "x cottage". Depot 60 miles away. Nearest depot did screen shot of satellite delivery record, and I was able to find it. Otherwise, who knows how long to sort it. It was food for the 40 cats in a rescue centre, so important it was not lost. A different delivery: tracker said "32 to go.." I went to back garden and walked to front with weeds, and saw driver leaving my path. Managed to get his attention and get delivery. Often have ítems delivered to nearer depot to collect without the waiting in stress.

Error with post code - can't find address, cannot contact them via phone as it does not find a package for the tracking number - online chat, explains it all to them who allegedly inform the Llandudno branch - out for delivery again..another message - can't find the address. USE THE BLOODY PHONE NUMBERS I PROVIDED IDIOTS!. The village only has about 40 houses in it and they can't find it...ask them to find thier own ass with both hands and they'd probably fail. Again, 1 star because we have no choice..

I just want to speak to somebody to explain a problem I have in getting a delivery delivered to an address that isn't mine but no real people seem to exist, just automated messages. I agree with the vast majority of reviews I've read. They'd get no stars if you were allowed to submit no stars!

What a load of rubbish, expected delivery was the 16th, they tried to deliver on the 12th, 13th, and 14th apparently, although only 2 cards were left and neither of them dated or timed. they have refused delivery and expect me to do an 80 mile round trip to pick up the item What are we supposed to do!!! stay in 24/7 just incase they decide to turn up SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!! AND THEY ONLY HAVE ONE STAR AS YOU CANT POST WITHOUT ONE

This firm has to be Avoided at all costs not a brain cell between them and impossible to speak to a real person when ordering something please ensure your supplier does not use them ...its just not worth all the hassle which will surely follow..Pay a little bit extra and get a proper courior

I got a card this morning saying 17/12 , time 15.20 it is 18th and time 10am , been up since 8am waiting , does the driver not think of using a door bell it is what i put it there for.. As i live in the back of the house did not hear him knocking , might of helped if he left his number for me to contact.

I went to this depot to pick up a parcel. One of their very cheery workers (tall slim guy in late 30s with beard and dark hair) saw me in the car, came over and asked me what I was after, then went to get it! I didn't even have to move! He was charming and polite. Thank you very much. :)

Upon ordering an item from a we'll know supermarket, Yodel we're delivering it. As well as leaving a note to say if not in, leave with my neighbors on supermarket website, I also left a note on my front door. It got returned to the depot. Delivery attempt was made again next day, but no attempt to leave with my neighbour. Emailed supermarket regarding this, 3 days ago, haven't heard anything. Reschedule delivery for Monday 22nd December, playing waiting game, but ironically, they delivered to my neighbour across the road in the Saturday, but didn't bother to deliver my parcel that day!!! Crap service, telephone number for Llandudno Junction depot, does not ring (line goes dead). They've got my telephone number as well to text or ring me, ain't heard jack. Not happy, not happy at all. Got to wait in all bloody day now, as no time given for delivery, as this will be the third attempt, it will be taken back to warehouse, and cannot have this happen, as item is a Christmas present. Would definitely NOT recommend .

Booked three deliveries via Yodel, 17/10/14 Collections Driver cross labelled all the parcels - all went to wrong addresses, two recipients had taken the days off to accept delivery - when someone elses item was delivered they then demanded a refund. Third recipient - on the advice of the delivery driver refused delivery so it would be returned to me. Refunded her also. It has now been over three weeks and STILL no returned item. No one seems able to give a straight answer. I used Yodel as I had a really good delivery driver and as soon as he left it just went to pot. Useless doesnt come any close, They are utterly dreadful. they have cost me well over £100 and still have one of my items. Words fail me.....................

Always failed to deliver, wherever I have lived. Unable to reduce window of delivery from 13 hours to a reasonable 3 hours, or even morning, afternoon or evening. Instruction to leave with a neighbour are ignored. If they are your delivery courier, prepare for disappointment, frustration and delays. I now cancel any orders for any seller using Yodel
