Yoga Fusion in Stafford and Rugeley

A class suitable for all ages and abilities. Classes are paid weekly on arrival, with no charge for missed lessons. All classes are friendly, and you only work to your own level of ability.

I started yoga in 1993, and started teaching it in 2001.
I teach my own classes where people can drop in and pay as they arrive, and I also teach at Hoar Cross Spa Hotel. All classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
I'm qualified with the BSY & NCFE in Hatha Yoga, Pilates and Healing Meditation.
