Yoga is a tool that can enhance ones own understanding of oneself and our relationship with others. integrating the Mind Body and Breath cultivates awareness concentration and purpose.Classes are based on Sivananda tradition.Maria has been a a yoga student for twenty five years and teaches in sports clubs as well as with Mental Health Authority.Teaches small groups and individual classes.
