Aerial Yoga - Anti Gravity Workout
The workout hanging from the rafters in belts for Aerial yoga is absolutely amazing. Letting breath and energy guide your movements is both liberating AND fascinating. As there are no planned movements and you are letting energy guide you - you find out what your capabilities actually are and they are far beyond what you previously thought. Especially when you are hanging weightless in the air ! I followed the energy until I was no longer the one doing the workout and this led me to discover true no-mind meditation that need not be done sitting still and quiet....as you would normally envisage. Awesome Stuff ! Highly recommended
