Our Zumba Fitness Classes will have the emphasis strongly on the Latin Dance element of the Zumba Program. We want you to move your body - especially your HIPS!! MOST of the music we use will be LATIN based too.. We are dancers primarily and are not intending to overdo the fitness. We want our classes to be enjoyable - Zumba is meant to be like a party - it's not a party if you end up semi-collapsed on the floor! (though that might depend on the kind of parties you go to ;-)) So why not come along and sample the feel-good rhythms of ZUMBA!
