Diabolical do not use these people
Sept 2010. We've had diabolical treatment from ‘Always the bridesmaid'. My advice is don't deal with these people. They tell bare faced lies and can't be relied on. Here is my daughter's experience. Bridesmaid dresses - plus matching Cravat for Groom and matching sash for flower girl dress ordered in April 2010 for wedding in September (6 months in advance). Paid for by debit card. Due to arrive in August (1 month before the wedding). Nothing arrived. Staff claimed dresses etc where delivered to the wrong address. We offered to go and collect them but staff wouldn't facilitate this. MORE DELAY. We were told they'd arrived and were being steamed to remove creases. Were promised they would be delivered next day by courier. NO DELIVERY. Then told the order had been sent out by 1st class post! When asked why they weren't couriered as promised were told it wasn't company policy - they never do courier service. (Why steam the creases out then parcel them up and stuff them in the post!). Needless to say they didn't arrive; they were not at the post office depot's at Warrington or Crewe. My daughter was told by the proprietor “don't worry you will have something even if I have to sew it up myselfâ€. Perhaps that was always the plan! There were more lies and fabrications that I won't bore you with about the chip and pin machine but we struggled to get money refunded via the debit card. We had to pay again and buy last minute replacements. Anyone arranging a wedding will recognise this as a nightmare. All I can say is don't deal with these people.

Always the bridesmaid chester
This shop is a must to visit if you live in the northwest area. Caroline, Julie & the staff are amazing and really do care. I can honestly say i would not of worn a dress on my special day if it wasnt for them. Wedding, prom, formal or you just want a posh frock then this is the place to get one, all alterations are done with such care and at really reasonable prices, im going to miss not turning up to my dress fittings.
