Excellent Product & Service
I bought a Hypnos Orthos Cashmere bed from Appleyard Interiors and it has really sorted out the problems I've been having with my back. The showroom had each of the models to try from the range - so it was easy to try the other firm selection. It came in 5 weeks - they quoted 4-6 weeks which I understand is fairly standard for Hypnos.

Not good customer service
The service I got from this company was appalling. I ordered a TV unit and shelf for an existing cabinet, when it arrived the shelf was the wrong size. After several emails it turned out that the manufacture had changed the size of the cabinet last year but it was still being advertised at its old size, they told me to return the shelf to where I had purchased it for a refund and they in turn would refund them. Appleyard refused point blank to refund me and eventually I received a phone call from him and he was very very rude to me. He said that I was greedy trying to get money out of them just because I asked for a refund for the shelf that was no good, he would not let me speak just kept talking over me and in the end said he said I am terminating this call I've wasted enough time on you and hung up on me. I am still left with a shelf that is of no use to me and I am out of pocket as well as upset, this man is a bully. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY.
