Great service when I had issues

I couldn't really have asked for better service. I bought a Volvo S40 from Beech Motor Company in February and for the first few weeks there were some occasional computer faults which came and went (the car drove fine). Beech Motor Company took the car back and had it looked at by Volvo. In the meantime they supplied me with a decent car to use. Volvo gave the car a software update, I had it back and it still had issues. So Beech took the car back to Volvo and paid (a fair amount) for work to be done which Volvo said would fix the issue. I had it back and the fault cropped up again. They then offered me a full refund for the car(this was now in May). I accept that this sort of thing doesn't happen often but it can happen. However I felt I had full support from Beech Motor Company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. I would have had a swap if only there was something available that suited at the time.
