I visited the store to look for my wedding dress, Big mistake! I entered the store with my mum and was advised that all the dresses could be ordered in any size, I was also told about the sale stock upstairs. we were left alone foe a few minuets and the the sales lady came over and told me as I was a bigger lady the dresses upstairs should be the ones I looked at. The lady could not have been ruder if she tried. No one no matter what their size should be made to feel the way I did.Needless to say I will not be visiting there again.

Great service
The shop is really spacious and they have so much choice. Staff were really helpful and experienced. I searched for three months visiting over 12 different shops trying to find my dress They were the best by far. I ended up getting everything from them including my dress, bridesmaid dresses and mens suits. Good attention to detail

Great service and selection
I would like to share my fantastic experience of bell amore with all brides to be. I found them to be very experienced and friendly with a great range of dresses . I visited many shops and left feeling flat as I'm not a perfect size 10. They had lots of dresses in my size to try on and made me feel great about myself. I really love my dress and will get my b maids dresses from them as well.

I ordered both my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress instore. The initial overall first impressions were not friendly but the lady doing my fitting was older and v nice. She took my measurements and ordered my wedding dress. I was advised to come back for my first fitting, with the shoes and underwear that I would be wearing on my wedding day. The dress ordered for me was too short!! By about 2 inches and it looked stupid. I was told that I had bought the wrong wedding shoes and the blame was put on me. Bellamore claim to be experienced and professional but not only did they order a dress that was too short, they failed to explain the dress comes in a longer length, I was not advised of this at all. My heel height was 1.25 inches which is small for the heels you see most brides wearing. I was extremely upset, the shop took no responsibility, they were v rude when I tried to sort the issues, request the longer length dress, get an extra fitting, discount or apology. I got a cronic migraine & was in bed for 3 days due to the upset & stress caused by their lack of knowledge, skills or customer service. I had to order a smaller dress hoop than orig requested & paid for (as it lifted the dress further from the ground). I had to buy shoes with a smaller heel, they made my dress a bit longer but it had silver poppers below the back tie which looked cheap. I strongly recommend that no brides to be visit this shop, no bride should be treated this way or upset.

Great service
I found the staff very helpful and they had the best selection of dresses both for me and my bridesmaids. I was recommended by my friend who got married five years ago. I would highly recommend this shop to any bride ,

Excellent experience
Excellent service and range of dresses and suits. Staff are excellent and knowledgable and were a great help during the whole process. Even offered on other areas of wedding planning. A fantastic shop with excellent staff! So pleased I found and used them for all my wedding party outfits
