Awful
Absolutely useless, can't do Saturdays, stood me up twice when I could stay home on weekdays for a quote and wasted my days off work. Had heard they're cheap and cheerful so thought I'd try but they're really just a complete waste of time. Unreliable, unprofessional, rude.
