The summerhouse turned out ,not fit for purpose. Inferior wood, leaking everywhere. A lot of the wood is split. Have suddenly stopped replying to emails. Am taking steps to recover money. And am going public

Not impressed!
Ordered a 6ft fence which was nowhere near 6ft (they told me every fence builder did it the same way, but when I spoke to 5 other fencing companies they all told me that Pear Tree Lane Sheds and Fencing were talking rubbish). Also told me that hinges were included on a gate I ordered, then didn't send them, the offered to send them, then told me they weren't included and that I was lying when I pointed out that Elaine in the office had told me twice they were! Wouldn't give me their names when I rang to complain and put the phone down on me twice. Go with a proper company, not this bunch of cowboys!
