Horrible customer service
Do not dare to miss an appointment with them (does not matter if it is not your fault), they will do everything to keep you out. They were impossible to deal with. They take it personal and cancel it. Wayne, you would not know if I left another name and you would be cutting my hair today. You are punishing me for being honest. Keep blaming the new girl (then you next Q should not be 'are not you the one who missed it the other day?) We both know you are a liar. I am soo disappointed and will not suggest your place to anyone again.

Great haircuts
I get my hair cut there regularly and they are friendly, flexible on time (if I get stuck in traffic) and I think a reasonable price.
