Based in Yalding in Kent, I offer an advice based service for Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate in the Kent area.
There is no charge for the initial meeting. This is your opportunity to get to know me and satisfy yourself that I understand what you want. By the end of this meeting, I will tell you what I believe is appropriate for your situation and I will outline the charges if you wish to proceed. About Peter

I have over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. Twenty of those were working for large UK insurers; National Mutual, Scottish Equitable and Clerical Medical.The other 10 years have been as a financial adviser qualified at Diploma level. Since the introduction of the Mental Capacity Act in 2007, I have taken a keen interest in Powers of Attorney and this led me to look at Wills and trust planning. In 2010, I trained with BBT Law for Will writing and to become a certificate provider for Lasting Powers of Attorney. I now spend the majority of my time helping people with estate planning in my role as a Will writer and certificate provider for Lasting Powers of Attorney. As an freelance consultant, I work with several Will Writing companes; BBT Estate Planning, Premier Wills Ltd & IWC who are all established Will Writing companies and are all members of the Society of Will Writers with appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
This concentration entirely on Wills and LPA's allows me to have extensive knowledge and up to date information in this area enabling me to provide excellent advice on all areas of this subject. As a small firm I am able to provide a personal service to clients, taking time to discuss your needs and wishes as an individual.
