Lasting Powers of Attorney

News for those requiring to register a Lasting Power of Attorney. The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) increased the registration fee on 1st October 2011 from £120 to £130 for any donor whose income is £12,000 or more. Donors with income of under £12000 now pay a £65 fee to register unless on certain benefits. Willmakers of Maidstone can deal with the registration on behalf of clients.
