Disappointing service
The limestone fireplace we received was lovely apart from a few "fossils" or blemishes, which the one in the showroom did not have. However, what we really found unacceptable was the unprofessional and unpleasant behaviour of the fitter. First of all whilst changing the chimney lining, he never put dust sheets down or blocked the hole where our old fire had been, so soot went all over our living room. He ripped out more laminate flooring and skirting boards than was required. When he had to return to clean the fire as he had left it in a filthy mess he came an hour early at 8 am and did not have the correct materials as he had not been informed what he was supposed to be doing. Incidentally, we had asked that somebody else come and do the work as he had made some unpleasant remarks and shown such contempt of our personal property, however the showroom must have forgotten this and sent him anyway. Not a pleasant experience.

My Fab New Bathroom
I am absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom, and can`t recommend Classic Home Improvements enough. I had previously brought a fireplace from them 4 years ago and was thrilled with the service I received so returned. I received 4 quotes from different company's and although at least 1 of the quotes was cheaper I decided to use CHI again due to the service I received with my fireplace. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are FANTASTIC!...Oh and I have an amazing new Bathroom.

Fireplace installation
Friendly service They did what they said at the price agreed. Problems were encountered with the installation, but they were quickly put right. Have used them three times
