Waste of time

Rang them on the Wednesday expressing interest in a car explained I lived in London so would have to travel to them, asked if they have had much interest in it he explained another man had called to look. I explained I was working so I could possible come down Thursday evening if a lot of interest had be shown or I would most likely come down on the Friday as I had the day off. He told me no worries just call before you set off and I’ll let you know if we still have it. Friday came I called them again Friday asking if they have sold it his reply was “yeah we still have it come on down” me explaining again I would be at least a couple of hours as I have to travel from London his reply was “sure no worries” So I made my way up to Hove. When I found the place a man approached me with a hello and a sorry the other mister Coulson offers his apologies he sold the motor last night and he didn’t get in till half nine, I called around 9. Clearly no checks had been made during my phone call and no care on my travel expenses, I found the company to be highly unprofessional and advise anyone who has to travel a distance to see a motor at this place to avoid them at all costs as clearly they are unable to make the simplest of checks on your behalf.
