Hi, I'm David.

I am 45 and a Personal Fitness Trainer based in Marlow Bucks, covering Marlow, Bourne end, Cookham, Cookham Dean, High Wycombe, Bovingdon green, Bisham, Henley and surrounding areas.

I specialise in helping clients with Weight loss, Nutritional advice, Toning, Strength training, Core strength, Post natal fitness and fitness in general but I can also train you for a specific event such as a 5K,10K, holiday or a wedding.

There is nothing like having your own Personal Trainer to help you set specific goals and then to smash them!

Going to the gym is great if you have the motivation and the knowledge to achieve your goals,but even then, without a well thought out progressive programme and a nutritional plan, you may not make the gains and changes that you set out to accomplish, and that is not only a waste of time and money but it can also be a pretty negative experience.

I will keep you motivated and make sure your personal training sessions are fun but challenging, giving your workouts a real boost and keeping you on track to make sure you get the results that you have worked hard for and deserve.

This is a perfect way to improve your health, fitness and weight management, especially if you do not like going to the gym or if you are really nervous about taking the first step into getting back into shape. We will work together and achieve what you have set out to do.
