I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist working In Hempstead,Gillingham, Kent and am very conveniently located just off junction 4 of the M2, therefore very accessible from all the major local towns in Kent.
I work with all kinds of problems, but the main reasons people come to me for hypnotherapy is for help to stop smoking, for help with anxiety problems, for stress management,confidence coaching,sleep problems,pain management,performance anxiety,weight loss, and eating disorders.
I also work with different phobias,but the most common phobias I find people need help with is fear of flying,agoraphobia,fear of public speaking,exam nerves, and fear of driving.
In addition to all of the above I am also a fully licensed Hypno-band practitioner and I specialise in weight loss (gastric band hypnosis)
