what do you get wind turbine

hi this is not in my nature of giving bad feed backs or - review but i have now just had enough as this has been ongoing for 2 years and i still have not had all the parts for the wind turbine that was in the advisement on eBay first payed £70+ on top of the price for p/p due to where it was going but that was ok but what i received was two bust boxes and all the fitting missing and the mast was bent had to get a engineer report done to confirm when the items arrived we phone g/f and was told to make a list so we did so and when phoned g/f and they refused to answer the phone but using a different phone the answered with in a few rings told them the parts that were missing and about the mast then waited and waited never to hear again till i got the credit card company involved where the refuse to say that i had phone with the list i did receive most of the missing parts but no invertor with which you just cant use this turbine with out well 2 years on and the financial ombudsmen involved and they are just going to get away with it SO IF YOU ARE FOOL ENOUGH GO AHEAD BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED IF ANYTHING IS WRONG OR PARTS ARE MISSING EVEN IF YOU SIGN DAMAGED YOU WILL PROBABLY GET RIPPED OFF ,THE ENGINEER REPORT SAYS THAT THE MAST IS BASICALLY CRAP AND OF VERY LOW QUALITY SO AS I HAVE SAID BUYER BEWARE !!YOU COULD JUST BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY
