hermes will end up going down
spoke to the guys to try and find the parcel that it seems to be lost ( a parcel that is about 60 x 40 x 20 cm) but they could not help. then they gave me a number to ring, that was the wrong one and i ended up giving up. parcel lost , no claim through, Hope Hermes follow City Link, RIP.
