Quays Clinic was founded by myself Ian Smith, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Thought Field Therapist. My interest in Hypnotherapy began ten years ago but was only brought to fruition after being medically discharged from the armed services after serving twelve years, ten of which were in Northern Ireland. My Hypnotherapy Appointment For Smoking Cessation Was Amazing
I didn't think it was possible to quit smoking using hypnosis. I had previously tried everything else in the past and failed to quit. I can't thank Quays Clinic enough. Ian Smith is an incredible hypnotherapist. I have absolutely no desire to smoke cigarettes anymore.

Hypnosis for stress
I work in a professional environment where there is allot of stress. I went to the Quays Clinic of Hypnotherapy as a last resort to overcome the stress that I was suffering from. Ian trained me to use self-hypnosis in the first session and thought field therapy in the second session. I have to say that its one of the best decisions that I have made in my life. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone.
