smoking cessation
its been nearly two years since i had my session with ian, previous to the one with ian i had numerous sessions with various hypnotherapists or should i say so called!!!!!! and spend a lot of money on these amateurs .. CBT was not for me so ian did a full session of hypnotherapy...... when i left the clinic i felt different i was a non smoker, it was weird, it was brilliant... I'm no longer a slave to cigs. Ian is one of the few really good hypnotherapists
