We are a dedicated lettings only agency offering an efficient and personal client liaison service between you and your tenants. We will take the stress out of being a landlord by dealing with all administrative processes and providing the tenant with a consistent point of contact available at all times.

Tenants

We understand that most applicants are tied to a tight schedule and we strive to accommodate your time frame, be it a day or a month. Our efficiency is derived from the fact that we are a lettings only agency. For your convenience we can arrange viewings to suit your schedule from Monday to Saturday.We understand that moving can be an expensive process, but at Ivy House there are no hidden costs. Our only fee is £75 per adult for our comprehensive reference check.We ensure our properties are ready for the move date and that they comply with all current legislation. For your peace of mind all of our tenant's deposits are held in the custodial “Deposit Protection Service".
