disgraceful customer service

many blunders. i called them to order a cake for the next day for my daughters 1st birthday, I requested a 10inch fresh cream cake they gave me the price quote of £8.50 and said call the following morning @10am and when i did they told me they had sold out. They could not make the cake for 12pm but told me it will be ready after 6pm. I told my dad to collect the cake but they had made a mistake and wrote the incorrect name for the reservation. So when i turned up at the shop for the cake they told me they had written Umar not Omar. When i was about to pay for the cake the cashier told me its £17.50. i was told £8.50 but the ignorant fool made a 15inch cake not a 10inch like i requested. It doesnt stop there i had no choice but to buy it.. But when i got home the message written on the cake was soo messy, it was an embarrassment. the message was also incorrect... "happy 1st birth Aleena" what kind of rubbish is that!! It looked like a 5 year old had scribbled on the cake.... Shame on you... You do not knw the meaning of customer service let alone customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs you are better of going across the road to gourmet or paul bakers on south road.
