A superb organisation with friendly instructors who are very understanding of personal needs. Made me feel very comfortable in taking up some excercise in the form of kickboxing. Boosts confidence and fitness all in one!!!

My Family have been part of this organisation for over 5 years. They find it great fun. While maintaining fitness and flexiblity. My children started at 4 years old and the wife started just over a year ago. All the instructors are friendly and helpful. We also have the knowledge this is all backed up with over 45 years experience and over 8000 members over the South.
