At the top of the hill in Abersoch, past the more upmarket Angelinas and Sandpiper is St Tudwals. Fairly normal pub, quite spacious, tables out front and back. We had a dog, and it was busy at the front, so we went out back, which had a view over the car park - not brilliant perhaps, but Abersoch is not overly filled with places that can offer 4 kids / 4 adults + infant lunch on spec.Friendly barman, with a reasonable pub-grub menu. I had steak & chips, which was pretty good - steak slightly overdone perhaps. Pepper sauce was overpowering, but thankfully served on the side. Others had Thai curry, mexican burger and veggie cottage pie - all better than average, but not quite stellar.Abersoch is a nice place to wander around for an hour, and St Tudwals is a not-so-bad place for lunch, if you like pub grub.
