A fun but practicle disciplined martial art based on the wado-ryu & kyokushinkai styles. Fun and discipline for juniors with competition (we have senior & junior national medalists) but a very real self defense system especially for smaller framed people. You will get fitter/stronger/ more supple and gain confidence so try it out.
