The rooms are equipped with comfy beds, tv/DVD, hospitality trays, hair dryers, free Wifi a desk and in the two double/twin rooms small balconies.. The single room has exclusive use of the large bathroom and the two twin/double rooms have shower ensuites.
Breakfast is served in our dining room or the garden if preferred on sunny days. We can accommodate gluten and dairy intolerance. Also Vegan , Vegatarian and diet breakfasts available.
We pride ourselves on our Kent Breakfast buying locally our sausages, bacon, apple juice, eggs and tomatoes.
Ideal location for weddings at St Augustines, Quex Park, Minnis Restaurant and other local venues and churches.
Business people can enjoy an earlier breakfast , free Wfi, ironing facilities and a comfortable room.
The Viking Way is brilliant for cycling or walking around the coast. at Minnis Bay there is kite surfing, wind surfing and sailing. Joss Bay has the best Surf school in the South East.
Real ale pub trails, Reculver Towers and The Turner Centre in Margate are all worth exploring.
We have room to store bikes or a trailer in our garage.
Very well behaved dogs are welcome in one room. We have a safe enclosed garden and two cats who tolerate a dog!
