Craniosacral therapy, a gentle therapy for people of all ages

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on treatment appropriate for: Habitual patterns of fear and anxiety, disturbed sleep patterns, back problems, headaches, persistent pain, anxiety, sports injuries, the after effects of accidents or illness, problems associated with old age, bereavement and life crisis. I work a lot with babies with colic, feeding or sleeping problems. (I specialise in helping babies to breastfeed.)
Sessions can help maintain a feeling of well being and peace of mind and provide a support for the general pressures of life.
