Highly disappointing
I travelled especially to visit this new store sure that I would have lots of options to choose from. I was met by a assistant who stayed with my family & I for precisely two minutes then disappeared without explanation never to be seen again. They had two veils & one headband in the style I was looking for bearing in mind the headband I wanted is so popular at the moment. The service was awful, the selection very poor & the overall experience a huge disappointment & a total waste of my time & money!

An amazing array of wedding dresses to choose from, in size order so easy to find your size. All dresses are understandably in plastic bags however this can make it difficult to see the real dress below. There is a limit of 4 dresses to try on and the no appointment necessary means I waited 20minutes to try dresses on. Although all sales assistants were friendly and professional, some seemed flustered.
