Hi Graham We just wanted to say a huge thank you for such a beautiful job today. You really are a treasure and you made everything very easy from start to finish. Everybody commented on what a beautiful service it was and how smoothly everything ran today. Richard did a great job of driving Nan's friends in the Limo - they considered it a great treat and an honour. I didn't really get a chance to look at the flowers on Nan's coffin at the crematorium, but now they are sat on our coffee table (!!) we can see just what a beautiful job the florist did - please pass on our thanks.
