I have been called on a Thursday evening that my parcel could not be delivered because my address was not specifying the number of the flat. I have explained that I do not have a flat, that is the name of the flat:THE FLAT! And I gave again the full correct address. The lady I have spoken to said she will add my phone number to the parcel so the driver will contact me in case he won't find the address again the next day. I took a day off from work on that Friday to make sure I will get the parcel. Nobody rang me. I have called on the number that rang me the day before, no one answered so I left a voice message. Instead, I received an email that my address was incomplete (because I don't have a number to the flat that does not have a number ) and therefore, they did not deliver the Christmas tree. I called again the next day (Saturday) and another lady who seemed to know about the situation, said everything will be sorted and agreed that she will let me know what time in the day the parcel should be sent. IT DID NOT HAPPEN! I tried to call about 6 times, during working hours, no answer. On Amazon, it says to contact Yodel to update my address. Which I did. 3TIMES EVEN! I am calling Yodel each day, going through the same promises that my parcel will be next day and NOTHING. Guys, I think you miss something. When you have 3 kids that are waiting for the Christmas tree to be up, and you are a lone mother suffering with depression and axiety, hearing them crying all day long it f**ks up your head!!

Live in Poole, collect parcel in Fareham?!

For some reason courier did NOT leave parcel in safe place today though they'd asked yesterday on their note through door (where?) and I put large note on doorstep for them. So I go online as another non-delivery note, told it's Yodel's 3rd attempt to deliver ...(would help if they would allow customer contact to let them know when customer is in) ...so I say where can I get the parcel. FAREHAM (!) Not handy when I live in another county, Poole, Dorset and Fareham is 2.5 hours journey away by coach for this car-less client - plus isn't travelling to another county a rather unhelpful? time consuming? expensive consequence? for the unwitting Yodel customer? I say unwitting as I would not of selected Yodel as courier had the parcel sender given me a choice!! Come on Yodel. Stop shouting about how great you are and provide an efficient local service.
