Yoga for beginners and more experienced. Incorporating asana, breathing and relaxation, plus taking the effects of yoga into daily living. Friday 9.30-11am, £6 paid in advance £8 drop in fee. Beautiful venue overlooking the playing fields and park, plus free parking. I also offer one to one yoga practice and I can combine my Homoeopathy and Bowen Technique skills to benefit the student I charge £35 for 1 1/4 Hrs.
